Need help improving my welcome panel

I have been trying to redo my welcome panel and it never does what I need it to...I displayed my code but it does full work...someome help me...I supplied a screenshot to. Can someone help me correct it?

please note that I added speaces i { and whatever} that needs to be remove before saveing ;)
also note that you need to edit the code alittle bit more, but I got it fixed so it won't give you that much troble.

heheh...you could have known that already
...plus I missed up my mysql account with this I had to repair it...could you help me lab...the problem is the hp and stuff isn't showing and the background messes up!

I must say.. AWSOME forum soroka. Id like to ask if it is possible that I use something similare to that welcome panel? Ofcourse with my own grafix and messages and such?
