err... what have i done to stuff up my site this time?

Take a look at the attached image of my Member's list.

For some reason, the email picture wont come up on any of us. Most of us have the "let users see my email address" set to on (including me). The picture is there, thats for sure, it comes up when someone posts a message and everything.

Any idea what I have done?

I think that it`s an option in the admin cp which you need to select

ok go in to your admin cp then on the left vbulletin options then you want User and registration options and select Display email addresses to yes
