vbHacker vBulletin upgrade files?

why don't the vbulletin developers release vbHacker files with vBulletin for changing the files to the upgraded versions? this would make it literally a snap to upgrade!

what do you all think?

That is one good idea!! I have never thought about using vbhacker that way, would sure make all the upgrades alot easier for us all :D

Since version 2.2.5 is my first version, I've never had to upgrade, but if I ever do, I think using vbhacker would make it the easiest way to go. You guys have my vote! :)

I'd be happy with some .diff-files myself. Would be much less work to maintain them too.
Making the vbhacker-files would be a fair bit of work. I'd rather see the developers spend time on vB3.

But if they could post .diff-files somewhere for 'advanced' users to download, that would be great... and it'd only take them a few minutes to make them.
