Border around Category + forum name

Ok, lets say ive seperated my categorys, so ill have:

Category name:
on/off / forum / posts / threads/ last post
on/off / forum / posts / threads/ last post

as a category, how can i make a border around it? (i will be having the border set as 0, so everything is sticked together)

You could give it a border with CSS and still keep the border set to 0. :)
