Let Us See Who Entered The License Information

You should let normal users see who entered the license information as well as mods etc. This way, we know exactly who to help that needs help or if someone asks to have a hack PMed to them (like I did once with the Store Hack because of problems in the first post) then we'll know whether we should or not.... Just my 2 cents. :p
