how can add my template all those stuff on vbulletin.org's forums.
i mean statistics welcome and so on.. ?

Yeah, they're more hacks than just template changes. You have to add some code to a few files, then edit the templates and make it look just how you want it, so a good knowledge of HTML and PHP help out.
