right click using your mouse on the pics and (save picture as) and leave as default name, or you can ask the owner of the site if you can use the images on your site

The graphics used on those icons have been around ALONG time and I don't know if you could find the artist(s) if you tried. It appears someone put them on top of a new font though.

Apparantly, those are icons from vBulletin 1.X.X way back...
