Something I noticed

I was talking to my friend about the usual stuff and I said something about file uploads on my site.. like attachments and such.. He asked me what the point was to have it..*obviously for more user options* But then he said he could just upload a 5GB fiel with his T1 and kill a forth of my bandwidth.. due to the fact that the the file uploads before it is checked for the correct files size to see if it will be put in the database.... I think that is very risky seens how I have alot of enemies online O_O

I am just wondering if that is true

That's only true if you are running in safe mode, AFAIK.
