Where to download?

hii where can i download template sets?
i searched all the forums but only simple links.. some are broken and some only contains 1 or 2..

There is no section on vbulletin.org that contains template sets for download. As you found, these are posted in individual messages.

uhm its very hard to discover how to make a new template!
so i want some examples.. but not default clones..

i hope i can found some cool ones..
uhm i need help with this cool product :p

Why would it be easier to learn how to modify/make your own templates by looking at 'unofficial' stuff?
