Original QUOTE tag code?

I installed the quote template hack like you have here on vb.org and now i want to remove it, I dont have the original quote tag code that I replaced.... can someone tell me what it was please? using vb2.2.5 if that makes a difference.

I put that in and it still aint working...

you can take a look on my forum - http://www.airwavescomms.co.uk/forums and you can see that it aint working the italics and the bold is there, but the line and the smaller font isnt...

perhaps you have the original code in a SQL file i can add to overwrite my messed up? I dont have any other custom vb codes so you can give me the whole original block if you like and it will work yes?

I never touch any original vbcodes, so here's what I got:
