email users by custom profile field

is there any way to search for users to email by custom profile field? i made a custom feild that makes users choose yes or no for mailing list...

Oh yessss, please!!! We make a lot of parties and reunions, and we would love to be able to e-mail our users by their location, it would make things much easier :)

BTW, we have a huge party this Saturday in Barcelona, Spain. yeeeeeeehaaa!!!!!
