i saw on a race car forum where they had a flashing "PM" top_image along with all their other images when you recieve a new PM. how can this be done?
when i got PM'd the image appeared and flashed.
it was at the top...
usercp-home-faq-"PM"- etc .....
how can this be done.. I WANT IT!!!!!!!!
