Reset Poll Hack

This is my second hack i made, its a small edit that adds a reset poll button on the edit poll page that lets you reset the poll back to 0 votes and let people revote, the instructions are in the text file.

Yeap... At this moment I don't need it, but it's a nice hack and maybe in a future time I'll need to install it :)

the reason i made it is because i saw some one asking for something like thos so i was bored and made it
