I dont know if its even a hack.. but it seems a lot of people are using whatever it is to make the info look like that.

What would I download to have that stuff ?

aswell as this board.. have a "forum" "posts" "threads" and all that in every seperate catergory?

there are a million threads on that, ... I think it has to do with template editing but off hand I am not quite sure,... if I find it I will let you know ...
