Whats the hack called ?

theres a hack availabe to show the title of the last thread posted in each forum on the forum front page, i've searched for a few things but havnt found it. Can anybody tell me what the hacks called and if it works ok on 2.25 ?

There are many hacks like this, but the one I find the most stable and server-friendly is PPN's "Last thread title on forumhome (working version)".
