clickable cells in forumhome and threads

Hi, I've been looking all over for this hack(used the search option aswell...) But I cannot find this, or anything remotely similar to it. Can someone please tell me how to do clickable cells on the forum home and for threads?(example: http://www.xtremelycoolstuff.com/forums )
