You might be able to find some template ideas at vbulletin.com forum you'll have to look around and search. I have seen some modification here; But they are bits and pieces!
Im pretty good with php and html
But untill i can understand how the forum works I will be lost
like most of the new people.
Vbulletin should give more then one template
But whom am I to whine about that?

Go to the forumhome and back it up. Then find the following code:
<td><a href="javascript:window.location=window.location"><img src="{ imagesfolder}/vb_bullet.gif" border="0" align="middle" alt="$bbtitle : Powered by vBulletin version $templateversion"></a>
<normalfont><b>$bbtitle</b></normalfont></td>
(I added a space in the { imagesfolder} to prevent vB from parsing it)
Erase anything after it until the following code:
<!-- main -->
If this screws something up, just replace the whole template from backup.
