where is that one file that guy released with the changes from 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 or maybe it was 2.2.2 to 2.2.4

I can't find it, been searching for over an hour! aaahhhhh

can someone help me?

In the Full Releases forum... look for upgrade helper or something like that.
