it pops up above my banner only on a thread that has 2 posts. but no where else

i just started my board so it only has 2 posts. lol

It would help if you posted the URL to your forums. The one listed in your homepage doesn't work. ("Cannot find server".)

since it is a new board, i just reistalled it. oh well workz now
