problem with vbulletin

i have a problem with vbulletin, sometimes when people reply, or make new threads it keeps on prompting to log in, so no one can post anything. Its really fustrating because i dont' know whats causing this can anyone help

woolly, please go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/vbulletin.org.php) page and enter your username, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Also you should post support questions like this at vbulletin.com.
