Sites that make free skinns

Anyone have any ideas of site that make like Skinns for free that everyone can download? I am only asking cause it could be useful. Ya know I want to find a XP set, but I can not get my parents to give me any more money to buy a set :-( I am only 15 I know I know, also anyone of any sites that have some good fonts?

Sorry to say, but not many people will make vBulletin skins/styles for free, there are a few out there (2-3 at my website), but other from that there are not too many around.

Most skins (that are free) are developed for iKonboard, seeing as it does not have too much you have to edit, then again, it does not have as many features as vBulletin does. It has one plus, the amount of skins, but the bad part is the feature list.

It is not that the skins are hard to make (in most cases, not all), but it is the amount of time it takes to make one, which is the deciding factor on whether it is free or not.

Well if there are not many free skins are there some instructions on how to make your own and properly for vBulletin boards?

They both have sections dedicated to vbulletin styles now :)
