Lol, this isn't really a template modification, but I found the FAQ to be not so user friendly. It was more technical than real and it didn't cover all the aspects of the board so I created a strategy guide for my message board. I broke it up into two guides. The newbie guide and the pro guide. I tried explaining every single aspect of our particular message board in these two guides. We have replaced the FAQ with this guide and perhaps you might want to do the same with your board as well.
