Editing avatar/options/profile errors

No clue what's causing this. If anyone (regular members or admins) try to edit their avatar, options, or profile then the error_nopermission_loggedin template popups denying access to the page. I would appreciate any ideas what's causing this. I'm currently running vb 2.2.2

As we're not allowed to attach any vb files, if you pm me I'll let you take a look in my member.php file.

send it to software@pp-network.com and i'll have a look at it though this could possibly be a template error, have you edited the form tag in anyway on the modifyoptions template?
