Hi I am wanting to start a second website. I have two vbulletin licences. I am looking to pay someone who can help me create it. I havent settled on a hosting service or a domain name yet but I plan to do so soon. Here is what I want done.
Install a vbulletin.
Install a vbportal I have already contributed there.
Backup my current forums and install them on the new site
Create a default template with alot of add on hacks like the subject hack and the style selector hack.
Make me a forum banner.
Create me a new military theme style set with custom buttons kinda like the attatched one
