I left these errors on my board for you to see so can i get some help A.s.a.p

1. Which templates do i edit to center and customize the text of where it says "Private Messages" and "Currently Active Users"
2. Which template do i edit to add <<< and >>> in my categoriy names
3. NOW FOR THE ERROR
look at my site.....the moderator and posts and topics are all UNEVEN.....how can i fix this?
