How do I make a template that makes itself default for all other templete sets?

I'm working on a hack and I don't want to edit all my templates and if i make a new style i want it to also be included...

Turn on debugging mode, but don't come in here asking for help because you used it in the wrong way. :)
$debug = 1;
stick that in config.php.

Go into Modify Templates and you'll see.
