attachment problems

all of a sudden i cant post attachments
im running vb 2.2
tried everything i think

i even installed a test board with clean files and a clean database
and have same problem there!!

weird

anybody heard of this?

what happens-you browse for attachment, submit the thread-all looks fine

but the post shows but no attachment-not even a broken link
