top 10 ignored users?

Hi, I've been trying to find the best way to find the top 10 ignored user for the memberlist.
I would like the same listing functionality as the top 10 posters but I'm can't figure out an efficient query.

Each user in the user table has an ignorelist field listing ignored users seperated by space. how in the world am I going to count that??

does anyone have any ideas?

I've been thinking of altering the user table and adding a field called ignored which will be just a counter each time this user is added a person's ignore list.

Then my hack to display the top 10 ignored will be simpler and easier.

I think their should just be a bot programmed into .com and .org that every time someone without a lisence posts, the bot posts that put your info thing here after he did, so everyone knows not to help him etc
