Community bulletin that does HTML AND Text in one email - does it exist?

Hello,

I've been checking out the various community bulletin hacks that send a Text AND HTML version in one email, but am unable to find such a hack. Does one exist?

I don't wish to have to ask my users to select an HTML or Text email - would like to send a bulletin which automatically displays HTML if it can, but Text if it cannot.

Can anyone help?

Um - guessing it doesn't exist then.

Who should I approach to request this feature is added, or will it be included within vBulletin3 when that is released?

Any idea of a release date for that, except for "when it's ready"?
