Custom Header (How To)

How would I get a custom header like I have here ( http://www.ultanime.net/forums/ ) into these pages I have below? Any ideas?? Has this been done, if so please point me to it.

I'm not exactly sure on this so I may be wrong. The welcome panel you have and the announcment panel are code in the ForumHome Template. try just copying the code for the welcome panel and announcement panel from the Forumhome template and pasting it into the Showthread template and in the Forumdisplay_Threadlist Template.

Alright I'll try it, does anyone know if this is how you do it before I try it though??

Why not just try it to find out if it's correct. if it not right all you have to do is remove the code you pasted in the showthread and thread list templates.
