Swaping links questions?

How do you guys handle swaping links.

I have someone that wants to put there link or logo on my vb site and they are going to put mine on their site.

Where would i put it, on the bottom of the page or have it in some kind of forum, and have it rhe last one on the board.

The best bet would be to place the links/banners on the same place as to where they would place yours in their site.
