Moderator Group hack

Is it possible to add a group to the moderator list instead of single members.

Reason being I want 7 people to be moderators, but do not want to see all seven names listed under the moderator column, just the group name.

Anyone done this or know how to.

I'm looking for the exact same feature. I'm actually surprised it isn't built in. It seems to make more sense to define moderators by group rather than individually (although having both is a great idea). Will this be included in v3? I'm going to head over there and check.
