To the moderators - why are my priveldges revoked?

Ok up until i guess today i was able to d/l files and post, but it turns out that i cannot d/l anymore hacks, can you plz tell me why? I have not done anything to merit this type of revokation.

And I am sorry if i did. Plz respond asap.

Maybe the owner of your board removed you from the licensed users list...? We haven't done anything to your user.
