Umm Question

Im new to this community....and I have a question on accesing hacks....How come everytime I tried to install a hack it says : You do not have access to this page????

Do I have to do something special in order to install a hack????

You need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/vbulletin.org.php) page and enter your username, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Is the customer number diffrent from the username....because it says Authorization failed....If so....How do I find that????

When you ordered vBulletin the e-mail you recieved from Jelsoft had a Customer # and password. That is what you use to access that page. Then after adding your forum username you can download hacks, etc.
