HELP: Looking for Minimize Thread Reply Hack

Hi

I am looking to implement the same hack I see here which is to minimize each reply in a thread.

The [-] that is listed beside each posting user's nickname. Is there currently a hack in a forum with regards to this or can someone post one for me and anyone else that may want it?
