Avatar Categories HUGE problem!

I need help asap.
All the avatar categories are in..and I moved all the avatars into them. But the same 25 show up in each category.....don't know what's wrong. I have over 300 - and only 25 show?!

I have version 2.2.1 if that makes a difference.

None seem to be categoriesed...but all are IN categories. The hack doesn't recognize the categories.

Also.......I had over 300 avatars in...then I added the hack. Do you think that would make a difference? Should I delete them all and add them one by one into the avatar categories???
