Quote system on vbulletin.org question??

I noticed how it's different from mine and also fixes a problem at the same time. Attached is what my quote looks like. In the next post is what it looks like on vbulletin.org

How can I get it to do that Re: thing..?

What version are you using? I know that the Re: is on all forums, not just here.

Anyhow, do you have this bit in your newreply.php?

vB 222 and yes I do have that code.. Weird.

Notice I am using that compress post code.. Do I have to maybe put that code you included in your thread somwehere else or edit something so that occurs twice for it to work..?

Well now I figured it out, when you contract a message ith a quote in front is messes up the short msg description.

To get the Re: the post you quote has to have a title "thanks bane". So now if anyone could figure out how to make contact hack work with quoteso rm aybe how to make it skip quotes all together...

Nothing to do with the contract thing.

If a post has no title Re: won't show up.

I noticed that here also, there's nothing we can do? hmm.. how can we make the ... in the [...] do what the plus sign does? Thanks as usual :D
