Making PMs NEVER quote?

I have 2.0.3 and I figured this wouldn't really be a hack so I didn't ask it in the request forum. Although it might be nice to have a checkbox at the bottom of each PM that states allow this PM conversation to be quoted, or a checkbox in the users CP.

But, I will be just fine with turning it completely off too. :D
