Prospero/Delphi Import

Anyone ever imported forum information into VB from Prospero/Delphi? (www.prospero.com) Our current forum site is hosted by Prospero and we would like to try to get the posts off and loaded into VB.

Is there some format that we can use? Anyone intersted in helping?
