I would like a little hack exactly like the new addition to this site.

This little program / hack would be EXTREMELY helpful to my site. We have a hall of fame, and would like to basically use the same concept of that hack for it.
I am willing to pay the person who can come up with such a program, or if available, maybe I could use the one already on this site.
