stoping flooding

hi,

i am having a big problem!

every time i host, my site is attacked by flooding the server

this what they do :

the copy a shortcut of any threed like this : showthread.php?threadid=23525

and order it many times using scrpits. and fast lines.

so the provider stop the site, and that what happen.

the VB is a great script,

is there a way to log the ip numbers and as soon as too many requests from that ip happen in 1 mnute it could be automatically blocked?

I think this is an Apache issue, you need a good firewall.

but if you know what scritp they are using, you might find a way to stop it.
