Control Panel Restrictions

Hello guys, first official post here!

I’m looking though the control panel of the board, I have noticed that you can restrict which administrators can access the admin logs. I’m wondering if there is a hidden setting or a hack out there, or piece of code for that matter that will allow me to restrict other sections of the CP to a group or member id. Any feedback or assistance is appreciated.

I found what I was looking for. When the time is available for me, I will be writing a modification to restrict different sections of the Control Panel to different groups or users. If anyone would be interested in something like this I can probably release it as a hack later once tested.

We would be desperately interested in this. I would love to be able to make certain users able to set up subforums without giving them the ability to do anything else, and this would be the right way to do it, I think.
