Sure its possible, would require an entire rewrite of the code though, the question is Why? ASP is slower, uglier, and generally a worse language to use than PHP.

I like Microsoft...a lot. I just don't like VBScript. I don't think this will ever happen...vBulletin, in my opinion, is branching out to other DB backends...not to other scripting languages on the front-end.

I totally agree. One might disagree with what Microsoft does and stuff like that, but no one can deny their innovative techniques and their revolutionizing the home computer industry.
Back on topic, PHP is a helluva lot faster than ASP, it supports many more databases, there is a larger user base for it, its open source, and easier, so I really see no reason to switch.
