I would like to be able to use an existing image that has already been uploaded in another post. Like if you go to upload an image that has already been uploaded, it would give you a # or link that you could enter.

Under the "Attach file" field, there could be an area to enter this # or link. Something like, "Existing file location: "....

this is already part of vBulletin

there is a yes no radio button in the options part of the admin panel which says Allow Duplicate Images, just change it to no.

No no, I don't want to keep uploading the same image over and over. I want to ability to use an EXISITING image that was already upload somehow. When you attempt to upload one that has already been uploaded, it prompts you and points you to the THREAD where that dulicate image is. I would just like a way to link to that existing attachment.

Make more sense?
