Free Avatars: I'm Stuck

I need to add some default avatars to my board, but I can't find any free ones online of any real quality. Can anyone direct me to a resource?

I posted a set of .psd's I made, otherwise I don't know of any HIGH QUALITY ones :D

Naw. The first one is near okay, but the other two are pictures of actual people...I'm talkin' bout little cartoons and junk...like most boards. I've ran numerous searches, but found next to nothing.
