Registration ceased working, please help

After installing the Country hack my friends tried to register and got some kind of database error. I tried to add them manually, and got another error message. I saw that I accidently left in a comment, deleted it, and could add them manually.

But the registration is still broken. This is the e-mail that I get:

Would be great if anybody could help me out... I just posted that I'm online and tons of people get knocked back :(

A nasty task for somebody who has no clue what PHP is.
