time issue

I am in the eastern us. I set both forums options and mine to -5. Yet I show 12:00 AM when it is 6:00 PM. Are there any known issues about vb's time and other hacks?

The time setting in the forum options is for the server timezone only.
Meaning, if the server your site resides in is located in England, you will need to select GMT+1 (or is it GMT?), since that's the timezone for England.
