minimum posts to use PM

First of all thanks FireFly :)
I got the idea from alhusam?s hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33726)


what I did here I change the mechanism of this hack then I added some features on it to have :

1-allowed the administrator to set the minimum posts for each usergroup to use the PM system .
2-allowed user who doesn?t have the minimum post to use the pm system to send a pm only to administrators , Super Moderators and Moderators.



All the instructions for installation in the install file just copy it to your admin directory in you server then run it .

did you installed it and config the usergroups in your control panel ??
it's working in my forum and vbhacks.net forum plus
bokhalifa . and some arabic forums
