im kinda new to this stuff.
when i try to download one of the hacks it always brings me to this page the sais: "You do not have permission to access this page."
so then u tell me: "If you are a registered member and a vBulletin customer, please add your username to this form to be able to access certain resticted areas on this site!"
and when i enter my info it sais it doesn't know it!!!
can anyone tell me what im doing wrong, again... sorry for the newbe annoying question but im new to this.

You need to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/vbulletin.org.php) page and enter your username, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Chen, I've entered my info on that page MANY times but it apparently doesn't take. I still can't download anything ... or do just about anything on this site. How can I get this taken care of?

I know, that page works fine for me ... I REALLY need to get this fixed asap. I have something of a deadline to get a couple hacks installed, but can't download what I need.
thanks guys
