Registration form help please

ok, I have searched and gleened as much as my eyes can stand (here and at vBulletin) ... can someone please tell me how can i delete and add fields to the registration form? And make one required?

Please!! I have to do this before i can open my board!!

New problem... anyone know where the template is the contains the "contact us" link text information so that "contact us" can be changed?
